We offer a 2 week holiday grace running from September – July each year. This allows our members to miss two class in this period with NO charge and still keep their litte ones places, any graces must be mentioned of before paying each half term fees. We are unable to offer reductions ot refunds for any further holidays, sickness or missed classes, an alternative class will be offered where possible.
Should we experience heavy snow, we will make every effort to open all of our classes especially as a lot of our members live within walking distance of their venues and will have fun in the snow getting to them. Please check our Facebook page and website for updates on class closures before you set off on your jorney. If we feel it is necessary to close classes a full refund will be given, unfortuantely this will not happen if we are open and you decide personally you would prefer not to come.
